Shipping Policy

At FRID, we do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 10PM are typically processed the same day. We work with reliable couriers to ensure your package arrives safely and in style.

Processing Time

All orders are packed and shipped within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Every order includes tracking, so you can follow your FRID case all the way to your door.

Rest of Europe (EU) Standard shipping 2–5 business days

Estimated delivery times begin once the order has been dispatched and do not include our processing time. These are estimates provided by our couriers and are not guaranteed.

Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address at checkout. Addresses must be entered in the correct format for the destination country, including the proper postal/ZIP code, house or apartment number, and any other details required for delivery in that region.

FRID is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned to sender, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect, incomplete, or improperly formatted shipping address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us for this reason, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

Refused & Unclaimed Parcels

If a package is refused at delivery or remains unclaimed and is returned to us, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment. Refunds for refused or unclaimed orders, where issued, will exclude original shipping costs.

Couriers, Delays & Damage

We pack every order with care, but FRID is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party couriers once the package has left our facility.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders (Rest of Europe and Rest of World), any customs charges, import duties, or taxes are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in your order total and are not refundable.
