Welcome to FRID Club. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully — they help protect both of us.

1. Definitions

  • FRID Club: The brand and webshop.

  • Customer: Any person placing an order or browsing the website.

  • Agreement: The distance purchase agreement between FRID Club and the customer.

  • Product: Any item sold via frid.club, such as the FRID case.

  • Website: The official website, www.frid.club.

2. Applicability

These Terms apply to all offers, transactions, and agreements made via www.frid.club. Promotional campaigns or product-specific terms will be clearly stated when relevant.

3. Orders & Confirmation

  • Orders are final once payment is completed.

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation by email.

  • FRID Club reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders (e.g. if a product is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, or technical issues occur).

  • If a product is sold out after you order, you’ll receive a full refund.

4. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are in euros (€) and include Dutch VAT (BTW).

  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or selected providers like iDEAL, Credit Card, PayPal, etc.

  • We never store your payment details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping & Processing page for full details.

  • Orders are shipped from the Netherlands.

  • Delivery within the Netherlands typically takes 1–2 working days.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Exchanges

You may return your product within 14 days of receiving it, in unused and original condition.

  • Return costs are at your expense, unless we’ve made a mistake or the product is defective.

  • Once we’ve received and approved your return, you’ll be refunded within 5 working days.

  • For exchanges, please email us to check availability first.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during checkout.

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival. Report any issues within 48 hours via email.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including visuals, text, logo, and design — is owned by FRID Club. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without written permission.

9. Liability

FRID Club is not liable for indirect damage, loss of income, or misuse of the product.
Our total liability is limited to the purchase amount of your order.

Use of our products is at your own discretion. We are not liable for allergic reactions or incorrect usage.

10. Force Majeure

In case of force majeure (e.g. strikes, transport issues, natural disasters), we reserve the right to delay or cancel orders without liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in the Netherlands.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
