Changed your mind? No worries.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your FRID case.
Please note:

  • Your case must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or we’ve made an error.

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

  • The refund will be issued via your original payment method.

How to make a return

  1. Email us 
    Send your order number, name, and reason for return to info@fridclub.com.
    We’ll respond with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

  2. Pack it up
    Use the original packaging if possible and pack the case securely.

  3. Ship it back
    Send your return according to our instructions (we’ll share the address once you email us).

  4. Get your refund
    Once we’ve received and inspected the case, we’ll process your refund.

We’ll let you know if it’s in stock and give you the return & resend steps.
